Martis Camp Club will host the 65th USGA Junior Amateur Championship this July. Located in the exclusive gated community of Martis Camp in Truckee, Ca, the award winning Tom Fazio Golf Course is the longest in the history of this prestigious event. Ranked the “Third Best New Private Course” in 2009 by Golf Digest and named among the “12 Best Private Golf Communities in America” by Forbes this course will offer the contestants a challenging and spectacular experience.
Spectators are welcome and will be allowed into the grounds of this private community between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:30 pm. Non-alcoholic beverages and food will be available for purchase. This is a great opportunity for golf enthusiasts to see some of the best new talent in the game and see a private golf course that can only be played by Martis Camp Club members or guests accompanied by members. While there you may also want to drive around this luxurious community and view from the street some of the most magnificent custom homes in the entire Lake Tahoe-Truckee area. Martis Camp is unique and unparalleled in the Sierra.
Registration is now open for Volunteers and Caddies. This is a great way to support this event and have a very different and interesting experience. It also comes with some very nice perks.
