The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Lake Tahoe Grand Opening

Last week I had the opportunity to preview the Grand Opening of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Lake Tahoe.  These are 23 luxury Penthouse Hotel Residences that are being offered as whole ownership in the ski in-ski out Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe Hotel, that is located mid-mountain at Northstar.  There are a few 2 bedroom residences, and the rest 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom residences.  The prices start at $1,250,000.  I must say that I was very impressed.  Each residence has its own unique features that include vaulted ceilings, high end appliances, usable terraces and wonderful views.  Most all are unfurnished however several model units are fully furnished; two of which were styled by Jay Jeffers, of Jeffers Design Group of San Francisco.  For more information click on the link above or to schedule a Privet Tour call 530-913-6020.
