We originally started working with Greg to find either a house or a condo in the North Lake Tahoe area. Our criteria made the job more difficult for Greg because we were very particular about location in close proximity to the lake (or preferably lake-front) After many months of searching, and a great deal of patience on the part of Greg, we were able to find exactly what we were looking for.
Working with Greg was truly a pleasure. Greg is not high pressure, takes the time to help you understand what you really want, and he knows the Tahoe market extremely well.
Greg stayed very close to us all the way through escrow, helping out in many instances as we were trying to take of this over long distance. He is a great problem solver.
We of course are thrilled about out purchase. We are in a lake front condo with incredible views and are now in our second year of ownership. Greg thoughtfully checks in periodically to be sure we are happy with our purchase and to give up updates on the specific area we bought into.
