If you’re looking for a realtor, I would highly recommend Greg Rankin. I have purchased 6 homes over the years and Greg is one of my favorite agents.  I met Greg in 2019 when I was looking to purchase a home in Tahoe.  Because he’s lived in Tahoe for many years, he knows the area like the back of his hand. He helped us understand the different neighborhoods and what fit best with our needs.  He is very patient, professional and accommodating with his time. He is a great listener and answers your questions in a timely manner.  When we worked with Greg, he didn’t just sell us a home.  He helped us with the process – from inspections to escrow and fire insurance, he was there every step of the way. One home we were considering needed some possible repairs and upgrades.  So Greg had a contractor join us during one of our visits to help us understand the feasibility and cost of the repairs we were considering before purchasing the home.  And he doesn’t stop once he’s sold you the home.  I have called Greg a handful times after we moved in to pick his brain and his local knowledge on hot tubs, snow plow companies and various handymen recommendations.  Buying a home can be very taxing. But Greg really took the stress out of it.  I am so grateful that he was my realtor!  Trust me, I can not say this about all of the realtors I have worked with.  Greg knows what he is doing and I couldn’t recommend a better realtor for Tahoe.  We absolutely love our new home!  Thanks Greg!
