We recently purchased a Fractional Ownership property in Tahoe City, with Greg as our agent, which for a variety of reasons took longer than usual to close.  Greg did a tremendous job helping us navigate through the negotiation and complexities of the purchase, including creating a Operating Agreement that had to be agreeable to us and the other two share holders.  He was always responsive, thorough and easy to work with.  He kept us up-to-date in the process and worked aggressively on our behalf to move the deal forward.  We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend Greg.
