For me, this was the first house I had ever sold so I was very new to the whole idea. I felt very safe with him and I felt I was in good hands through the whole experience. He always stayed in contact with me and walked me through the whole process thoroughly. When he said he was going to do something he always followed through in a timely matter. If he needed to be at the house to go over anything he would always show up and not cancel. He was very dependable, trustworthy, professional, and always wore a smile on his face.
