Squaw Valley’s KT-22  is a legendary mountain run that is on every good skier and snowboarder’s bucket list. It was named for a 22 kick-turn descent in 1948 by Sandy Poulson, who was also known as the First Lady of Squaw Valley.  Sandy was nervous to ski straight down the slope, so her husband Wayne Poulson, the founder of Squaw Valley, named the mountain to tease her about her careful descent.   Continue Reading
