Ski season is just about here! Squaw Valley has announced November 27th as Opening Day for the 2013 – 2014 winter season; weather and conditions permitting. Alpine Meadows is scheduled to open on December 13th. Again this season Daily Lift Tickets and Season Passes will offer skiing and snowboarding on both mountains with a regular shuttle service to and from both resorts on the hour and half hour all day. If you haven’t yet purchased a Tahoe Super Pass you might want to consider it now. For most skiers or snowboarders if you plan to be here more that five days in the upcoming season you will save money with a pass, and you can use it at Squaw, Alpine and Sierra at Tahoe.
The snow has already arrived – 18″ of new snow on 10/28 and 10/29!
