SnowFest! Lake Tahoe Begins Friday, February 27th

Each year for ten days and nights we celebrate winter in North Lake Tahoe. It all begins with the Kick-Off to SnowFest! Party at Gar Woods Grill & Pier Thursday evening from 5pm to 8pm. The official start of SnowFest! occurs on Friday with the SnowFest! Queen coronation, fireworks, a torchlight parade and live music at Squaw Valley! Begin your Saturday with the North Tahoe Firefighters Pancake breakfast followed by the SnowFest! Parade in downtown Tahoe City, and don’t miss the Polar Bear Swim at Gar Woods.
