Squaw/Alpine Gondola Draft EIR Released
Placer County and the U. S. Forest Service released the Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Report (DEIS/R) on April 27, for the proposed Squaw/Alpine Base to Base Gondola. Million Dollar Home Sales Lead Strong 1st Qtr. Tahoe Market
Sales of single family homes at Lake Tahoe priced over $1 million increased by 68% in the 1st quarter of 2018 compared to the same period last year. Those under $1 million decreased by 6%.
