The Tahoe Vista area, like Kings Beach, offers much of the classic “Old Tahoe” resort cabins, motels, and restaurants as well as many new custom homes and developments.  Approximately 3 miles from the casinos at the Nevada Stateline, and approximately 13 miles from Truckee and Interstate 80.  Tahoe Vista is actually two different neighborhoods; the lake side area just west of Kings Beach on Hwy 28 and  Kingswood Estates on the west side of Hwy 267 above the the lake side area.

Lots and homes in Tahoe Vista range from affordable to lakefront luxury. North Lake Tahoe lakefront properties are a mixture of several large lakefront homes, a large Fractional Ownership condominium project, three lakefront timeshare projects, and some motels.  Tahoe Vista has some very nice white sandy beaches and also a large public park, the North Tahoe Recreational Area, with, tennis courts, ball fields, an amphitheater, and walking trails through the woods. It offers access to the national forest for hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing.
