Tahoe Keys

The Tahoe Keys is the only development of its kind on the shores of Lake Tahoe. Built between 1950 and 1960, this private 750-acre marina resort community of 1,220 homes and 335 townhomes is highly sought after. The community is an intricate weave of 11 miles of inland waterways affording many of the homes direct access to Lake Tahoe via canals, some with boat docks, or border lagoons which provide a quiet and calm place to paddle and enjoy the water. 

The neighborhood also has many HOA amenities, like tennis courts, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, park, sandy beaches and more. The marina in this area provides a private boat launch, rentals, storage and supplies for boaters and a waterfront restaurant. The marina is also home to an annual Wooden Boat Show and other fun and exciting activities.

Tahoe Keys is located in the central part of town and close to numerous recreation facilities including Heavenly Valley Ski Resort. Homes in the Tahoe Keys are higher-end homes and condos that come with beautiful mountain views and are situated on channels of water.
