Pitman Terrace

The Pittman Terrace neighborhood is located just north of Cave Rock Estates. This neighborhood was first developed around 1936 and consists of one street; Pittman Terrace, and 23 luxury estates.  It is a private community with 23 luxurious single family residences, 17 with unique lakefront access.  Each Pittman Terrace home has their own private entry, beach access, and privacy. Lot sizes throughout the area vary from a 1/4  to 1/2 acre parcels with approximately fifty feet or more of waterfront.  This is an exclusive waterfront community.
