Marla Bay and Pinewild

Marla Bay and Pinwild are two small communities located below Zephyr Heights and Highway 50 to the south and Zephyr Cove to the north. 

Marla Bay is a small, 110 home community with a private lakefront beach and a mix of historic cabins and modern architecture. 

Pinewild, is a 135 unit condo community on the waterfront. These condos range from the original 1970’s design to luxury condos. The Pinewild condominium area features a gated entry, a clubhouse with ping pong, tennis courts, a private pier and private beach, and an HOA responsible for landscaping, snow removal, fire insurance and overall security.

These neighborhoods are within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and recreation as well as a short trip to Round Hill Resort-Beach and Marina with watercraft rentals of all types, plus a boat launch, and expansive beach, and an entertainment stage and restaurant. To the north is the historical Zephyr Cove Resort RV and Campground, with many kinds of water activities plus the Tahoe Queen paddle-wheeler and Woodwind catamaran for tours of the Lake.
