Kings Beach is one of the oldest resort developments in the North Tahoe area.  The natural hot springs near the Stateline and the beautiful white sandy beaches led to the development of the Brockway Springs Hotel in 1870.  The commercial area offers unique shops, many restaurants and art galleries.  With its close proximity to Northstar California Resort, its beautiful views and its many recreational opportunities Kings Beach is unlike any other community in the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe area.
