Elk Point

Elk Point, is located just North of Nevada State Beach on Lake Tahoe’s East Shore. This is one of the few gated communities in the area with 87 private homes, many on the Lake and most with stunning lake views. Homes in this area are spacious and mountain modern. The community has it’s own private beach, boat ramp and boat slips, adjacent to the Nevada Beach and Campground a 2 mile long stretch of State Park yellow sand beach.  

Along Elk Point Road leading to the above the community is a Wyndam Vacation Rental complex, a church, fire department, the Elks Point Professional Center, an animal hospital and several other businesses. Directly across Hwy 50 is the Round Hill Shopping Center, restaurants, and post office. Elk Point is just a few minutes north of down town South Lake Tahoe, wich of course offers restaurants, casinos, entertainment, golf, skiing and more.
