All homeowners in Chamberlands are eligible to join CBMC. Membership includes private beach access and seasonal shuttle buses to the beach. There is also the Chambers Landing Recreation Association (CLRA) which provides access to the pool and tennis courts but not the private beach. The Chamber’s Landing Bar & Restaurant is located adjacent to the pool. This neighborhood offers level locations with many properties bordering streams. The subdivision backs up to National Forest Service land so there is great access for four wheel driving, snowmobiling, hiking and mountain biking. South of Chamberlands, on Hwy 89, Sugar Pine Point State Park , Meeks Bay Resort and Bliss State park in Emerald Bay are just minutes away and offer nice beaches, beautiful views, and biking and hiking trails.
