Cedar Flat

The Cedar Flat area is located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe a short distance from Tahoe City.  It is comprised of several subdivisions: Ridgewood Highlands, Carnelian Heights, and Fulton Acres.  Cedar Flat homes are on a mixture of public roads and some shared private roads and most homeowners are members of an association offering a gated lakefront property with a two-level pier and buoy field.  Cedar Flat is heavily wooded but offers lake views in some locations.  It is a 20-minute drive from both Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley ski areas and a 30-minute drive from Northstar ski area for winter recreation, and offers access to many hiking and biking trails for summer exploring.
