Fundraiser to Benefit Sugar Pine Point State Park

The Sierra State Park Foundation is hosting an elegant evening aboard the Tahoe Gal on Saturday, October 4th from 4:00-6:30 pm.  The “Hollywood style” cocktail party features a walk on the red carpet, champagne, a live auction, a tour of Lake Tahoe’s West Shore between Tahoe City and the Hellman-Ehrman Estate at Sugar Pine Point as well as the Tahoe Gal’s “signature martini.” Entertainment will be provided by Remmel Wilson on his jazz saxophone.  Funds are being raised to restore the historic marine railing system at Sugar Pine Point’s south boathouse.  The Foundation has obtained a matching grant for up to $40,000. “Tahoe Elegant” attire is strongly encouraged.  For more information, click on the link to the Sierra Sun article.
