Westshore of Lake Tahoe Fractional Ownerships

There are a few Fractional Ownerships on the West Shore in single family homes.  Most often they are 1/4 or 1/2 shares, although I have seen one home with 1/8th shares offered.  Shares only come available in these homes randomly from time to time.  If none are shown below that is because none are currently listed for sale.  Check back at another time.
