When you purchase into the Tonopalo Private Residence Club you receive an undivided interest, fee simple deed as tenants in common to the entire private community, including the 2.3 acre beachfront property, the luxurious residences, the clubhouse and all the amenities.  Your deed and title have specific use rights and privileges attached which ensures each ownership interest has 6 planned weeks, with unlimited space available, each year. As Tonopalo has been legally structured to have no more than a ratio of 7 owners to 1 residence, the maximum number of owners at Tonopalo for the 19 residences is 133.
