Palisades at Squaw Valley- New Homes and Townhomes

Five minutes from the Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley) ski lifts, the Shirley Canyon or Western States Trailheads and fifteen minutes from either Tahoe City or Truckee.

At the Northeast corner of Squaw Valley Road and Creekside Court, near the entrance to Olympic Valley, is a new development offering 33 home sites and 30 modern townhomes.  The developer has two semi custom home plans for homesite buyers, or they could have picked their own builder and architect to design their own custom home.

At this time the existing inventory is all spoken for.  The townhomes are sold.  Many of the single family homes are sold and have closed escrow.  The ones that are still under construction all have deposits on them and are waiting for completion, a certificate of occupancy and then to close escrow.  Based on the Palisades at Squaw Valley Site Plan, there are still three homesites that are scheduled for Future Release
