Olympic Valley and Alpine Meadows Ski Area Fractional Ownerships

Olympic Valley and Alpine Meadows occasionally have Fractional Ownership listings in some of the condominium properties and single family homes in the two valleys. Some of these may be ski in-ski out properties. 

The Village at Palisades Tahoe Redevelopment Plan has provisions for 21 fractional ownership cabins slated for construction near the northwest end of the Valley, next to the Olympic Village Inn and the Shirley Lake trail head. To see the full plan click Here.

If you do not see any listings below that is because there currently are no fractional ownerships listings in either Olympic Valley or Alpine meadows.
