Many of the different buildings in the Village at Northstar have both full ownership and Fractional Ownership condominiums.  In only one of the buildings (Northstar Club) are all of the condominiums Fractional Ownerships.

Northstar Club: 2100 North Village Lane

1/7th Shares = 6 + weeks use per year in a ski in/ski out elegant Private Residence Club located adjacent to the bottom of the Big Springs Express Gondola.

Northstar Lodge – Hyatt Residence Club:  970 Northstar Drive

Adjacent to the Highlands Express Ritz-Carlton Gondola for easy assess to mid mountain skiing.  A few of the condominiums in this building are 1/20th Shares = 1 week plus 11 to 14 more days use per year in this building and/or at other Hyatt Residence Clubs.  The rest of the condominiums are now sold as Timeshare Points in the Welk Resorts Timeshare program.   

One Village Place:  9001 Northstar Drive

This is a ski in/ski out building with luxury condominiums built over the bottom of the Big Springs Express Gondola which gives guests priority access to the gondola.  Several of the luxury condominiums in this building are 1/12th Shares = 4 + weeks use per year.  The rest of the condominiums are now sold as Timeshare Points in the Welk Resorts Timeshare program.   

Great Bear Lodge:  5001 Northstar Drive

1/8th Shares = 6 + weeks use per year in the best of the best in the Village.  This exquisite Resort Equities property overlooks the ice rink and gives owners access to world wide exchange through 3rdhome.com.

Catamont Lodge:  8001 Northstar Drive

1/8th Shares = 6 + weeks use per year.  These Resort Equities properties have a 380 sq. ft. dining terrace that overlooks the bottom of the Village Run ski trail.  Owners also have exchange opportunities through 3rdhome.com.
