Talmont Estates and Twin Peaks Estates is located just behind and about 800 feet above Tahoe Park, Sunnyside and Ward Canyon.  Some properties have spectacular lake views and all properties are near trailheads that link to Alpine Meadows, Ward Canyon and Granlibakken; a vast network of trails.  The houses are secluded and woodsy.  There is a mix of small older cabins, large single family homes and some luxury homes.  Many are vacation homes although a lot are occupied by full time residents.  The area gets a lot of snow in the winter and really delivers on the Tahoe cabin feel.
