Kingswood Estates

Kingswood Estates is located above both Kings Beach and Tahoe Vista on either side of Highway 267, heading toward Brockway Summit.  The lower section, above Kings Beach, is divided by the highway with Kingswood Village on the east and Kingswood Estates on the west.  The upper section, Kingswood West on the west side of the highway, stretches back into Forest Service land along the south slope of the mountain.  There are parts of these neighborhoods that offer some spectacular lake views.  Each neighborhood offer access to hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing.  There are both  large and medium size homes with a mixture of both vacation homes and primary residences.  These neighborhoods, while close to Kings Beach, are quiet and woodsy.
