These family neighborhoods are located on the eastern side of Truckee.  With an elementary school and a small convenience market, it is the popular and perfect choice for many local families.  The subdivisions of Cambridge Estates, Devonshire, Sierra Bluffs, The Meadows, Elkhorn Ridge, Tahoe Boca Estates and Rolling Hills Ranchos all share in the many amenities offered in this area, such as a small lake with trails, parks, a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, convenience store and equestrian center.  Due to it’s location, just 25 miles from Reno, and it’s relatively light snow accumulation, this area is very popular with people who work in Reno, but want to live in the mountains as well as with Truckee locals.
