ARC in the Park Music Festival, Truckee, CA Sept. 7th.

The ARC (Adventure Risk Challenge) in the Park Music Festival will take place at the Truckee River Regional Park on Sunday, September 7th from 12:00 pm to 10:00pm.  The festival features seven musical acts from the Lake Tahoe/Truckee area, local food trucks, performing artists and a raffle for ski gear.  This all-day festival benefits the ARC organization which is dedicated to providing outdoor activities and writing projects to at-risk and low-income students.  This summer the Adventure Risk Challenge participants explored the Tahoe backcountry where they hiked the Desolation Wilderness and climbed Mt.
