Mountain Bike Park at Northstar Opens June 7, 2013

Northstar’s Mountain Bike Park will be open Friday through Sunday beginning June 7th for downhill and cross-country biking. The scenic chair lift rides for sightseeing and hiking will resume at the same time. Daily lift tickets are $48. Season passes are available. This lift-served park offers the opportunity for adventure on some of the area’s most popular trails. The event schedule is filling up with races and other events including the Tahoe Trail 100, LUNA Chix Women’s XC Clinic , the Gene Hamilton Downhill Mountain Bike Camps and more. The Northstar Bike Academy will offer programs for beginners and experienced riders alike. Bikes and other equipment can be rented at the resort or online.
