Lincoln Park

Lincoln Park is a small lakefront community located on the Southeast shore of Lake Tahoe, fairly close to the popular Cave Rock. There are approximately 38 homes, 20 of them located right along the shoreline. 

Many locals think of this area as the true “Old Tahoe” because of the number of picture-perfect rustic cabins. The neighborhood was developed around 1929 an the majority of the homes in this neighborhood have stayed within family ownership throughout the decades.  It’s rare to see a Lincoln Park home property on the open market.  Home owners within this charming, exclusive neighborhood have the privilege of enjoying the private beach.

Lincoln Park neighborhood is conveniently located just minutes away from the local library, schools, and fire department, as well as a few short miles from downtown, with its restaurants, casinos, and shopping.
